How do i upgrade my subscription to Standard Plan?

To upgrade your subscription, you simply go to Profile from the top-right menu in Tickertom and click on Plans Tab. This will redirect you to the pricing page where in you select your subscription and make monthly or quarterly payment Once the payment is successful and the new subscription is activated

Is stoploss set on my broker account when i do live trading with tickertom?

No, there is no write action done my tickertom to your broker account, if your stoploss is hit during a live or paper strategy you will receive the notification on the web application and also in your telegram account if you have set it up, and from there you can respond to the notification which will reflect in your broker account.

What if i want to cancel the subscription. Will i get a refund?

After you have subscribed to a monthly or quarterly plan. The money is not refundable. And your plan will be valid till the next billing cycle. You can disable the auto renew plan from Profile/Billing.

Does stoploss work on live market data or when the strategy candle is completed?

In case of live and paper trading, the stoploss works on the live market and in case of backtesting since there is no live market data present, the stoploss is checked when the selected candle interval is completed.

What happens to my live and virtual strategies when my billing plan is over and i did not renew it?

When you have not renewed the subscription all your runnning strategies will be paused and you will see the status of paused in your strategies. Also you won't be receiving any trading notifications from tickertom till the subscripion is renewed.

Is there any hidden charge or profit sharing in tickertom?

No. The only charge you pay is the subscription fee. All the trading profits belongs 100% to the user.
